Alto Horns

During the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, a search for a new musical project led me to start experimenting with E♭ Alto Horns—also known as Tenor Horns in the British brass band tradition. What began as a pastime quickly sparked a fascination with the mid-range voice of the brass family. Displayed here is the collection of alto-register instruments in E♭ and F that grew out of that lockdown exploration.
