GLASSA TARV Trumpet
About the maker:
This is a Bb trumpet made by GLASSA. This valve system is known as TARV: Top Action Rotary Valves. The name is self-axplanatory; they are rotary valves, but the buttons are situated on top, instead of at the side as is most common with rotary valves.
The number 10 appears on several parts, so I suspect it is the serial number. As this seems to be quite an early number, I believe this trumpet was made sometime in the early 1930's.
