Curia Bavaria "Model TS"

This is a Double French Horn in B♭/F manufactured by Curia Bavaria, dating back to the mid-2000s. Mechanically and acoustically, the instrument responds beautifully and plays very well. However, it does possess a few structural quirks typical of its production lineage; the tuning slides tend to work themselves loose quite quickly during use. Additionally, the original main tuning slide was engineered a bit too short from the factory, making accurate pitch adjustment difficult. To overcome this limitation and stabilize the intonation, I had the main tuning slide professionally lengthened. Thanks to this practical modification, the horn is now a highly reliable and capable player.
