This is a F. Besson Paris Cornet in Bb/A, made between 1901 - 1905, serial number 68265.
It has an extra Rotary switch to change between Bb and A. I like those extra bits and pieces on brass instruments. It is in good playable condition, with a taped leak on the 3rd valve slide.
